Hey guys,
Wah, one day has passed since our syf. It feels like a dream, doesn't it? Everything passed so quickly, that eight minutes up on stage was over just like that.
I know this is cliche and mushy and so many people have said this, but i must still say it:
I am so damn extremely ultra tremendously bloody awfully enormously proud of all of you.
Section 1, the whole band can see the effort that you all put in for la cinq, sorry for all the stress that i keep giving you all. I think you all were the heros! :D
Section 2, all along very ready steady, very enthu, very gossipy, very expressive (esp huixin!), very unglam... You all are always behind me, both literally and figuratively. Thanks for the support!
Section 3, a bit "salt4" diao, still have xian2 dan4 chao1 ren2 cheer...very united! Have learnt to move your body over the 5 months! Very good!
We have really made many improvements over the past 5 months, from not getting the rhythm to memorising the scores, i'm so very proud of all of you.
Of course, there are so many people to thank! (in no order of preference) Mr soon (?), mr tan, mr loy, esther, lin li, hongpei, huifang, yunting, max, yuejia, xueyi and all who went down to give us support and came back to listen to us. There is of course the exco too - yinshan (everything!), naichong (conducting!), meihui (clothes!), yuan (food!), junkai (sai gang!), serene (pianist!), fanqi (section 1!), yongsoon (section 2!), xianwei (section 3!). I'm sorry keep making you guys stay back for meetings and meetings and meetings. No fear! We would be having many more soon for our concert. :D Last but certainly not least, thanks for all the encouragements, sms, hugs, cards and effort put in by everyone.
You all must know that a lot of other people were supporting us too! Like liuqing and yilun, two j1s who were with us for the first three months, they all sent messages to wish us good luck! (opps, forgot to tell you all before that) And other non-syf J1s too...some even wanted to go down personally to support us - vivien, bertilla, yingyi - but couldn't. :S Anyway, appreciated!
Don't let our efforts for the past 5 months and ability be judged by the eight minutes we had ok! Somehow after playing, i thought that one chance we had on stage certainly wasn't the best we could give, right? We will do it better in the time to come! Next week we must start thinking of how to make our concert fun k! We will show them how cute harmoc people are, haha. Till then, we shall all take a break and come back energised. :)
Hold your heads high kids, cos i'm really very proud of all of you. We are zai kids. :D
